Orders and managing my account

Ordering online on Topaholic is very safe. Our website uses HTTPS encryption (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience has maximum security. You can read more in the Privacy policy documentation.
We accept all the major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You can change your shipping adress by visiting My account.
You can cancel your newsletter subscription via the link in the bottom of the emails that you receive. You can also contact us from the email that you registered and requesting a cancellation.
You can reset your password via the login form or in your account page.

Please contact us on support@topaholic.com and mark your the subject Return a product from Topaholic.
It depends on which country you are living in and from what location the seller sent out the product to you. If the seller choosed to ship with Topaholic Shipping then the products will be shipped from Sweden.

Selling on Topaholic

No, your store will be hosted on the Topaholic domain. However, as a seller you will have your own store page which you can link to in any case you want. If you have an own website, you can also link to this website via your Topaholic profile.
You can upload as many products as you want. However, if you want to upload a very large quantity of products (over 1000) we would recommend you to contact us for further information.
We use a set of different marketing tools and methods to present and promote your store to shoppers worldwide. However, if you would like to market your Topaholic store by yourself in other channels, it's up to you.
Shoppers can will find your store via various channels such as in search engines, blog posts, on social media and by directly visiting your store page.
We ship to all countries worldwide. Due to certain policies and restrictions beyond our control, there might be countries where we don't ship to. Please see the Shipping and return policy for more info.
